A
Both urgent (3 weeks) Flexible cystoscopy and if over 50: CT urogram, under 50: renal US.

A
Plain film KUB (not definitive) CT SS (for calculi) CT urogram - with dye (gold standard?) NB: diabetes and metformin - contrast allergy or renal disease. (Cut off eGFR: >35)
