Pulse and blood pressure (possibility of underlying renal disease)
Temperature
Abdominal palpation with an emphasis on loins and suprapubic areas
Vaginal examination for dry atrophic urethral opening, a urethral carbuncle or urethral prolapse

Urine dipstick
Urine m/c/s
Possible first pass urine/urethral swabs for STIs
