What are some contraindications to testosterone therapy
A
Breast or prostate cancer
Palpable prostate nodule w/o urological investigation
PSA >4 (or>3 in men with high risk prostate cancer) without urological evaluation
Severe LUTS (IPSS >19)
Haematocrit >50 (erythropoietin action of testosterone)
Untreated severe OSA
Uncontrolled HF
When fertility is desired
