Polyuria with low specific gravity, negative glucose

Polyuria with high specific gravity, positive glucose
diabetes mellitus
anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody (respiratory problems)
wegners granulomatosis
increased IgA levels with chronic hematuria
IgA nephropathy
Pos glucose, pos ketones
Diabetes Mellitus
pos leukocyte ester, pos nitrite, no abnormal casts
cystitis (bacterial urinary tract infection)
hematuria, everything else normal
renal calculus or excessive exercise
Pos leukocyte ester, pos nitrate, wbc casts, waxy and broad casts
chronic pyelonephritis
genetic defect of tubular reabsorption
fanconi’s syndrome
pH 9.0 or greater
old specimen, bacterial growth
