New business districts, modern office developments;
Millennium Bridge —> tourist attraction increases spending power in Newcastle;
Solution: Environmental
Trees planted, benches and seating areas added, safety rails, better lighting;
Improve landscape with greenery, cycling lanes, walkways to reduce pollution and encourage eco-friendly movement
