Segmental Dx- EITHER cervical OR upper thoracic/ribs based on above TART findings.

Lung – Auscultate designated posterior lung field
-Comment: wheezing, crackles, OR other abnormal breath sounds.

Sinusitis (upper edge of 2nd rib, 3-1/2 inches from sternum) Bronchitis (2nd intercostal space, next to sternum) Upper lung (3rd intercostal space, next to sternum)
