A
- C5-T1
- Lateral to brachial a in arm but crosses medially in cubital fosa
- lies between headsof PRONATOR TERES
- between FDS&FDP
- enters carpal tunel between (PL) FDS and FCR, gives recurrent branch to thenars
- SENSORY to LATERAL 3.5 digits of plam and their nailbeds dorsallt
- tested on index finger
- branches:
- Anterior interosseous: in proximal FA
- Palmar cutaneous: arises proximal to wrist, overlies flexor retinacumum
Innervates:
Forearm except FCU and medial FDP
Innervates ABDPB, FPB, OP

Ulnar nerve
A
- C7-T1
- no branches in arm
- lies posterior to medial epicondyle of HUMERUS
- passes through medial intermuscular septum in mid-arm
- courses between two heads of FCU
- lies anterior to FDP
- DORSAL CUTANEOUS branch proximal to wrist & PALMAR CUT. BRANCH
- MEDIAL TO ULNAR ARTERY
- over hypothenars divides into superficial (sensory to lateral 1.5 digits) & deep branch (motor, winds around HOOK OF HAMMATE)
- tested on little finger
- Innervates ,emdial lumbricals, FCU, medial FDP, ODM,FDM,AbDM,interossei,AddP

passes psoteriorly through triangular space (LH triceps, teres maj, humerus)
with profunda brqachii at spiral groove
pierces lateral intermuscular septum
passes between heads of SUPINATOR
