I- by common tendon to sup surface of olecranon, deep fascia forearm, deep and superficial olecranon bursae
F- chief extensor, extends arm, resists dislocation

I- Post surface of prox ulna, lat surface of olecranon
IN- N to anconeus from radial C78T1
A- assists in ext, prevents fibrous capsul from being pinched, abducts ulna during pro and supination
Coracobrachialis- O, I, IN, A
O- coracoid process, apex and adjacentent surface
I- Middle third of medial surface of humeral shaft
IN- musculocutneous n (C5,6,7)
A- Flexes arm, adducts arm, resists dislocatioon
Biceps brachii (short and long)- O, I, IN, A
O- short- coracoid process apex
Long- supraglenoid tubercle of scap, upper margin of glenoid, continuous w labrum
I- radial tub (post), Bicipital apponerosus into deep fascia, post border of ulna
IN- muscululocutaneous C5,6,7
A- flexes arm/forarm, powerful supinator
Brachialis- O, I, IN, A
O- Ant surface of inf 1/2 of humeral shaft, med and lat inter muscular septum
I- coracoid process, Ulnar tuberosity
In- musculocutaneous, Radial c5,6,7
A- flexes forarm in all pos (pure flexor)
