Staying on track
It can be tempting in an online unit, to try and sponge up the provided content without engaging with it very actively. But we know this is not the best approach for learning and remembering things.

As you read, watch or listen to the module content, you should take notes which reflect on, extend and consolidate your understanding of the material covered. 
As you progress through the unit modules, there will also be times you need to record responses to questions or a reflection about some module content.
