Our Lady Guadalupe Vision Story

Mary supposedly appeared to Juan Diego at a shrine
Told the bishop - bishop demanded proof.
He returned to the shrine and picked roses.
He came back and when the bishop saw the roses, an image of Mary appeared.

Why some may not believe in the vision of Guadalupe
A
No mention of this vision until 1648, when it originally happened in 1531.
The supposed bishop, while a real person, was not a bishop in Mexico at the time.
The image of Mary is man made. The paints and textiles used were popular at the time. Hard to question divinity when the art is clearly human.
