- has either facilities for dancing or adult entertainment
- when fully occupied are likely to have more customers standing than seated

Then, specific conditions are:-
- personal license holder present from 1am
- first aider present
- written policies for evacuation
- CCTV
- supervised toilets
- bouncers from 1am onwards
