What can we do when we talk about repeated actions?
We can use « ing » or « to »
example:
Do you like getting up early? or Do you like to get up early?

When you talk about repeated actions, you can use -ing or to … after these verbs
BUT
What do we do when we talk about situation that already exists (or existed)?
We use « ing » not « to » when we talk about a sitaution that already exists ( or existed)
example:
Paul lives in Berlin now. He likes living there. ( He likes living in Berlin = he lives there and he likes it)
Difference between I like to do and I like doing:
what does I like to do something mean?
I think it is good thing to do, btu I don’t necessarily enjoy it.
By what are “enjoy”** and **« mind » always followed by?
enjoy and mind are always followed by « -ing » not « to »
Would like/ would love / would hate/ would prefer, by what are they always followed?

What does I like mean?
example:
I like palying tennis. I like to play tennis.

example: It’s a shame we didn’t see Anna when we were in London. I would like to have seen her again.e
