Commission
An extra amount of money that is paid to a person or organization according to the value of the goods they have sold or the services they have provided
Redundancy
A situation in which someone has to leave their job, because they are no longer needed

Something that you get legally from your work in addition to your wages, such as goods, meals, or a car

Something that encourages you to work harder, start a new activity etc.

A sudden collapse in someone’s mental health
Empowerment
When workers in a company are given more responsibility by being allowed to organize their own work, make decisions without asking their managers etc. For the company, this has the advantage of making their employees more involved and able to help clients more quickly
