  • God sent His people into battle
  • In the book of Joshua God promises the Israelites land that other people are living in
  • Joshua sends out spies to see the land and then to prepare for battle
  • The Israelites win the war and take possession of the land they’ve fought for
  • This was in the Land of Canaan
