The fullness is of freedom is found in Christ who has set us free. We are mot slaves to our instincts and feelings but rise above them to true freedom in line with the Spirit (TOB JAN 14,1981). Authentic love id given as a free gift.

Tot id not holding anything back. Giving a complete and total gift of yourself to your spouse mind, spirit, body and fertility.

A fully committed love. Entering into a covenant of love for life. Being faithful to your spouse in both mind and body.

Fruitful - Open to the gift of life
A
Authentic love is life giving and open to natural life through procreation. The gift of life is in the reflection of the Trinity and is seen as sacred.
