and blood working efficiently to supply oxygen to the muscles.

Reasons for testing
To identify strengths, to identify weaknesses, to make comparisons, to set goals, to measure progress
Limitations of testing
Not specific to sport, do not mirror movements, some tests require motivation, incorrect procedures will effect data, questionable reliability
