Break-out: To leave somewhere without consent or by force.

The state of being imprisoned.

The payment of money for being caught.

Voluntary work intended to help people in a particular area.

Asking for a reversal of the decision of a court.
Appeal
To take away someone’s driving license

The accused person; the individual or group being accused in court of a crime
Defendant
The lawyer against the accused person
Prosecutor
The lawyer protecting the accused person
Defense
The court decided that the person did commit the crime
To be found guilty
A condition that makes the crime or mistake less serious and more understandable
