What is the ID
ID – The id is the primitive, basic, and fully unconscious part of personality
is the part of you that may want to do other things than study eg watching a series on netflix instead.
What is the EGO
Ego – It will consider what is in the individual’s best interest, making a decision
between the Id and Superego.
You might consider what is in your best interests eg study for an upcoming assessment.

What is the superego ?
Superego – is the part of you that wants to be rewarded with pride and a sense of
accomplishment for passing an exam. If you do not study for the exam, the
superego will make you feel guilty and ashamed of the attempt.
- ethical component of the personality and provides the moral standards that you work by
Consequences of being unable to resolve conflict in your mind ?
• Repression - The ego will repress the ID needs and potentially uninstall Netflix until the exam date.
• Denial - you may sit and watch netflix without considering the consequences of your actions.
• Projection - you may message your colleagues that are studying and tell them not to bother, the exam is easy; a piece of cake

it is when the stress levels continue without a break

it is after the initial shock of stress, hormone levels begin to go back down to normal. The body will stay on high alert.

a mental health condition that can cause a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear

A mental health condition that can often make people have feelings of low mood, hopelessness, low self-esteem, lack of energy and problems with sleep

It is a mental health condition that affects the lack of social contacts someone has and how many people they interact with regularly
What is a suicide risk
It is a mental health condition that often affects people with other mental health disorders. 60% of people with depression are a suicide risk.

It is a response to extreme stress where you regularly have sudden attacks of panic or fear.

It is a response to extreme stress PTSD where the person often relives the traumatic event through nightmares and flashbacks.
