Enclosures
The Enclosure Act fenced off lands belonging to their owners. Before, the people did possess certain portions of lands, however, the boundaries were not strictly kept. As the Enclosure act took place, farmers are now unable to farm beyond the small lands that they actually own .

Mass production was caused by the industrial revolution, with assembly lines and better tech, things now cost less and more people were able to buy them

When the peasants living in the farms moved into cities as the agricultural revolution decreased the demand for the workers.
Middle Class
Benefitted the most from the industrial revolution due to cheaper goods, and since they usually had higher education, the could avoid working in the poor factory conditions

Were the main portion of the population that fueled the domestic reforms to occur.
