What was the new jersey plan?
New jersey agreed with getting rid of the AOC and a strong gov. but they wanted a one house legislature with equal rep.

maddision came up with a compromise that consists of a 2 house congress. The house of rep- lower house 9based on pop). Senate- upper house (based on equal)
