Without prejudice to the provision of the Medical Act of 1959 as amended relating to illegal practice of Medicine, the following shall be punished by a fine of not less than two thousand pesos nor more than five thousand pesos, or imprisonment for not less than six months nor more than two years, or both, in the discretion of the court:
a. Practice without registration in PRC;
b. Practice without supervision of Pathologist;
c. Making fraudulent laboratory report;
d. Failure to display his COR in the place where he works (Fine: Php 2000 – 5000 or Imprisonment: 6 mos – 2 years)
e. Using COR of another RMT;
f. Presenting false evidence in order to get COR;
g. Impersonating
h. Using revoked/suspended COR;
i. Advertising RMT title without COR;
j. Employment of someone who is not RMT.
