What is a Unitary System?
Centralized Government system in which the state and local government (city) have only the powers the National Government gives them. (80% nations use the Unitary System)
What is a Confederal System?
System of Government in which the state Governments have sovereign authority except for those expressly delegated to the National Government. (No Nation uses the Confederal System)
What is a Federal System?
System of Government in which the power is divided between the National Government and the state Government. In which the National Government and State Government retain sovereignty over their own powers. (20% of nations use the Federal System)

Specific powers of the United States Government written down in Article 1, Section 8, Clause
1-17 of the United States constitution.

The belief that the primary purpose of the Government is to maintain traditional values and elites of society will dominate the political environment because the average citizen is NOT encouraged to vote and participate in politics.

A system in which wealthy elites dominate the political process.
What is Social Darwinism?
The belief that wealthy people are superior people, therefore, deserve their wealth and poor people are inferior people, therefore, deserves their poverty
What is Minimalist Government?
Government with LOW taxes and LOW levels of Government spending.
