A part of an economy that includes certain kinds of jobs

Jobs involve taking raw materials from nature and making them into basic foods and products. (Mielies, wood, coal, iron, diamonds) (coal miner, fishermen, farmers)
Secondary sector
People take materials and make them into goods that can be sold (builders, metal workers, car manufacturers)
Tertiary sector
People provide services to people and businesses (teachers, bankers, lawyers)(does not produce goods)(supports primary and secondary economic sectors)
