An instrument in writing that transfers ownership of tangible personal property (e.g., furniture)
Bill of sale
The legal rights conferred to owners of real property, including the rights of Disposition, Exclusion, Enjoyment, Possession, Control
Bundle of Rights (DEEPC)
- The act or process of taking private property for public use, through the government’s power of eminent domain. Also called Appropriation. 2. A declaration that a structure is unfit for occupancy and must be closed or demolished
Condemnation
- The illegal use of funds being held in trust. 2. The process of change real property to personal or personal property to real

Dedication
A written instrument transferring the grantor’s ownership of, or interest in, real property
Deed
Farm Crops that require annual cultivation, which may be removed by a tenant farmer if the owner sells the land; considered to be personal property, and so they are transferred through bill of sale. Also called Fructus Industrials
Emblements
The power or right of governmental bodies to take private real estate for public use upon payment of just and equitable compensation to the owner. The legal process is called Condemnation or Appropriation
Eminent Domain
A gradual loss of soil due to natural causes, such as the movements of wind or water
Erosion (Avulsion)
The reversion of property to the state after a person dies without leaving a valid will or any heirs
Escheat
A man-made attachement; an item of personal property that has been attached to the or closely associated with real property in such a way that it is now legally part of the real property
Fixture
