Customer Services
Liaising with customers, managing expectations and resolving queries
- Need to be knowledgeable and calm
- Need to manage the expectations of the customers (not promising what cannot be delivered)

Business Support Services
Responsible for the administration involved in the daily running of the business.

Research Development
Responsible for developing new products and services in response to the research done by the marketing team.
- Do primary research on raw materials that can be used for certain products/services old and new.
