What was the Scotland Act 2012?
Small extension of powers, increase of tax-varying power to +/- 10p and devolution of some additional taxes
What did the Scotland Act 2016 do?
Extended powers in relation to transport, energy and social security benefits, and to set income tax rates and thresholds, as well as to recieve the proceeds of national VAT
