What is physical HWB and the characteristics?
Relates to the functioning of the body and it systems. It includes the physical capacity to perform daily tasks or activities.

What is health and wellbeing?
The state of a person’s physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual existence and is characterised by an equilibrium in which the individual feels happy, healthy, capable and engaged.
What is dynamic?
The state of health and wellbeing is constantly changing.
What is subjective?
Influenced by or based on personal beliefs, feelings or opinions and is how people view health and wellbeing differently.
What is a disease?
A disease is a physical or mental disturbance involving symptoms, dysfunction or tissue damage.
What is an illness?
An illness is a more subjective concept related to a personal experience of a disease.
