What is Supremacy Clause?

What is the Shay’s Rebellion?
They couldn’t rise enough money or troops to stop it, so that made the articles of confederation weak
The Great Compromise?
They have a bicameral legislature that the house are proportional to the population of each state and the senate are equal
3/5th clause?
The Southern state wanted the slave count as there vote or they will not approve the new consitution. And the Northern state wanted the slave to be 3/5ths of a person vote, that will be the only way for them to agree.
Federalist?
What did the Federalist want?
- want a strong federal government
- did not want the bill rights
- wanted the new constitution to be ratified
Anti-Federalists
What did the Anti-Federalist want?
- State have power
- wanted the bill of rights
- did not like the new constitution
What is the solution of the agreement of the Federalist or Anti-Ferderalist
Federalist approved the bill of rights so the Anti-Federalist into ratification of the new constitution
What is the Virginia Plan(Big State)?
They wanted bicameral legislature. Also want both house based on population sized for each state
What is the New Jersey Plan(Small State)?
They wanted on chamber legislature. Also all state have equal representtation
