A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
what are the limits of WHO’s definition of health?
The limits of WHO’s definition of health is that it does not cover all five dimensions of health and well being. An individual cannot also achieve the complete state of health and well-being.
what is health and well-being?
The state of a person’s physical, social, emotional, mental, and spiritual existence and is characterised by an equilibrium in which the individual feels happy, healthy, capable, and engaged.

The functioning of the body and its systems, it includes the physical capacity to perform daily activities or tasks.
