A
- episodic
- semantic
- procedural

What is procedural memory
A
Responsible for knowing how to do things (eg memory of motor skill). Does not involve concious thought and is not declarative. Particually strong memories.

What is semantic memory
A
Stores infomation about the world (eg- knowing london is the capital of England). Involves consious thought and is declarative.

A
Storing infomation about events (eg - what we have experienced in life). Involves concious thought and is declarative.
