The ability to continuously exercise without tiring
Oxygen is carried through a breath to the muscles helping them to provide energy needed to sustain effort. It’s a long term exercise and has low intensity
Practical example: full rugby match

Anaerobic exercise
A
Able to exercise without the use of oxygen. Glycogen within the muscles is used as a fuel. It’s a short term burst of energy and doesn’t require oxygen. Has a high intensity. Produces lactic acid
Practical example: 100m sprint
