Q

Identification

A

Involves both a change in behaviour and beliefs which occurs because the individual wants to be part of a particular group or conforms to a given role in society. This means that it is a moderate level of conformity as there may be a change both in public behaviour and private beliefs, however this may not be maintained when the individual leaves the group. This may be created by both informational and normative social influence.
