Liquor or liqueur – which is poured first?
Always pour the heavier liqueur last. This will allow it to slowly fall to the bottom and mix with the liquor. It gives the cocktail A much more even flavor. Thus, NO SHAKE!
Preparation for Two-Liquor drinks
- old-fashioned/rocks glass completely filled with ice cubes
- pour liquor
- pour liqueur last
- Mini-straws
- No Garnish! No Shake!!
