- TENNESSEE whiskey has an extra step called LEECHING, which the alcohol is filtered through a charcoal filter mafe from a Maple tree, drop by drop.
- SCOTCH whisky has an extra step called SMOKING, which gives the whiskey a more distinctive
Mesquite flavor.
What main type is Canadian whiskey?
Almost all Canadian whiskeys are blended.
What is the distillation and aging process for Irish whiskey?
Irish whiskey has to be distilled at least 3 times and aged for at least 3 years by law.

What is rum made from?
Rum is made from sugarcane.

Tequila has to be made in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico.
If tequila is not made in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico then where is it made?
If it isn’t, it is then called Mescal.
