Describe Kicking:
A
- Stay behind the ball and focus on the ball.
- Step forward in the kicking foot to generate power for the kick.
- Leap forward on the non-kicking foot + lean forward with the kicking foot off the ground
- Arm opposite the kicking leg swing forward

Describe underhand Striking?
A
- Face direction of strike + feet shoulder width apart Eye on the ball + ball in non-preferred hand+ front of the body + waist level
- Pull striking arm back to at least waist level.
- Step forward with opposite foot + preferred hand strikes the ball in front of the base at waist level.
- Strike underside of the ball with the heel of the hand
- Hand goes to the direction of the ball but does not go beyond shoulder height.

Describe sidearm Stricking:
A
- Body and eyes face toward the target + feet shoulder width apart + knees bent + hands parallel with palms facing each other.
- Body turns as the feet pivot the place+ side to target + In the shape of T extend the striking hand away from the intended line of travel palm facing outward.
- Step toward the target with the foot opposite the striking arm
- Hand continues in the direction of strike.

Describe dribbiling with hand:
A
- Knees bent +foot opposite the dribbling hand in forward + ball is held by two hands in front of the body.
- One hand contacts the ball at waist level and pushes the ball down when the ball is stationary.
- Eyes forward not towards the ball
- Fingers contact the ball on top when stationary + when moving contact slightly behind the ball and to the side and away from the feet.

Describe dribbling with feet:
A
- Ball on the ground + feet shoulder-width apart + knees bent.
- Perform a short series of taps with the inside or outside of the foot (NO TOES IS USE)
- Ball below the head and when contacted eyes looking forwards + ball within 2 to 4 feet while dribbling.
- Move while you are dribbling it.

Describe bounce pass:
A
- Face target + feet shoulder-width apart + ball held with thumbs on the back.
- Step forward with one foot while extended the arms forward and downward + release the ball so it bounces with the ball is held closer to the body
- Balms face away from each other within thumbs pointing downward.

Describe Chest passing:
A
- Face target + feet shoulder-width apart + ball held with thumbs on the back + close to chest.
- Step forward with one foot and release the ball towards the target.
- Palms face away from each other within thumbs pointing downward.

Describe Underhand rolling with Bounce pass:
A
- Face target + feet shoulder-width apart + ball held in preferred hand in front of the body.
- Swing the rolling arm back at least to waist level.
- Step forward with opposite foot than release the ball by rolling the arm forward while bending the knees and waist.
- Hand continues towards the target finishes above the waist level + plam facing upward.
