What is LTD 3.0 And its Goals
It si a developmental framework that ensure the optimal participation in Physical activity of children, youth and adults.
It had 3 main goals:
Striving for excellence
Support the development of physical literacy.
Empower people to be active for life.

Describe The pre-stage awareness:
It is to be aware of that the “PA exists” and where “to find it”

At this stage you know that the program does exist and you participation depend on the experiences you have while participating in PA.

Describe the active start?
There is no specific age but ( 0-6)
- Mental + emotional + physical development
