Leaves all on one side of the stem.
27
What is spiral phyllotaxy?
Nodes producing single bud and leaf at angles less than 180 degrees.
28
What is decussate phyllotaxy?
Leaves arranged opposite at each node, but each pair is oriented 90 degrees to pair at next node.
29
What is whorled phyllotaxy?
3+ leaves or buds at each node.
