Xanthine oxidase inhibitor used to prevent breakdown of hypoxanthine (originally from Adenosine) to xanthine; and xanthine (from Guanosine) to URIC ACID

What is the aim for output in tumour lysis hyper hydration
A
Aim start 2-4x maint, no K in fluid. Output >75% input
5ml/kg/h pre and 3 post chemo
