Used to measure the stage and/or patient’s response to treatment of small cell cancer and neuroblastoma.
Neuron-specific enolase (NSE)
Increased levels may be due to benign prostatic hyperplasia/hypertrophy (BPH) or prostate cancer.
Prostate-specific antigen (PSA)
A blood test that can detect the possible appearance of a mutated gene that signals the presence of an early-stage cancer.
SEPT9
Used to detect the spread of malignant melanoma.
TA-90
To test for colon cancer.
