Describe the pathologic classifications of Nasopharynx cancer?
A
WHO I = keratinizing, most common sporadic form (25% in US, 2% in endemic area)
WHO II = Nonkeratinizing differentiated, 12% in US, 3% endemic
WHO III = Nonkeratinizing undifferentiated, commonly associated with endemic disease and has favorable prognosis (63% in US, 95% endemic)

Describe the pathology of sinonasal cancer
A
squamous cell 36-58% is most common
adenocarcinoma 12-15%
melanoma 6-8%
adenoid cystic carcinoma 6%
olfactory neuroblastoma (3-6%)
sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC) 3%
