What is the difference between authorities and permissions?
Authorities are legally what you are allowed to do by law
Permissions are specific limits given to you by your chain of command
What is the difference between a Measure of Effectiveness and a Measure of Performance?
MOE is subjective in nature looking at both qualitative and quantitative observations/data
MOP is objective in nature looking at specific quantitative data
What is the difference between P-2 and P-11 funds?
P-2 are General Purpose Forces funds
P-11 is Special Operations funds

To train foreign law enforcement units on individual and collective tasks to improve their capacity and capability to interdict illegal drugs bound for the US and Transnational Criminal Organizations
