Triple airway manoeuvre:
Head tilt position; Adult, Larger child, Smaller child
A
Adult: 2cm pad below occiput
Large child: Supine with no padding
Small child/infant/newborn: 2cm pad beneath shoulders

Triple airway manoeuvre:
Finger positioning
A
- 5th, 4th, 3rd: Around angle of mandible
- Index fingers: On the body of the mandible
- Thumbs: Over the zygomas
