Describe Casteller DOC:
Merlot-based DOC (50%) in southern Trento

What is Delle Venezie DOC:
Established as a DOC in 2017, elevating Pinot Grigio from IGP delle Venezie (now IGP Trevenezie)
Covering the entire regions of Friuli–Venezia Giulia and Veneto, plus the Trentino half of Trentino–Alto Adige (i.e., the province of Trento)
Whites and varietal Pinot Grigio.
Spumante also that must be fermented in Autoclaves from Pinot Grigio

Covers almost all wine making areas of Trentino-Alto Adige and even some of the Veneto. Tons of styles and grapes
What is Trentino-Alto Adige?!?
Trentino–Alto Adige consists of two similar-looking but culturally distinct provinces: Italian-speaking Trentino in the south, and the largely German-speaking Alto Adige in the north—where it is more often called Südtirol (South Tyrol). Trentino–Alto Adige has no DOCGs, but it has 8 DOCs and 4 IGPs.
Made up of 2 provinces:
Bolzano-Bozen in the North
Trento in the South
What is Caldaro?
AKA Lago di Caldaro (Kalterersee/Kalterer) DOC
Made from a min 85% Schiava and available in: Rosso Classico Classico Superiore Scelto (Auslese) Scelto Classico Scelto Classico Superiore
What are the sub zones of Alto-Adige DOC?
Colli di Bolzano Meranese Santa Maddalena (Classico) Terlano (Classico) Valle Isarco Valle Venosta
What is Scelto?
Chosen; selected, referring to grape bunches or individual berries hand-harvested for quality

Produces 100% Teroldego (AKA Teroldego Rotaliano) in several styles:
Rosso (Rubino)
Rosato (Kretzer)
Superiore
Superiore Riserva

Covers Spumante wines produced in Trento.

Used to be a sub zone of Vadadige and aka Valdadige Terradeiforti.
