Explain how barbed wire is useful?
barbed wire are right in front of trenches making it hard for the enemies to attack

they are used to get height when in the trenches in order to aim at their enemy

They help one from getting shot as they are bullet proof
Explain how parados are useful?
They raise the height of the back of the trench and protect soldiers from shell explosion.

stretcher bearers would carry the wounded soldiers away from the frontline.
