What is the four humours theory?
The four humours theory is the idea that disease’s are caused by too much of the four fluids.

- Yellow bile: Fire - Hot
- Black bile: Earth - Dry
- Phlegm: Water - Cold
- Blood: air - Wet

Its the idea that diseases could be cured using the opposites e.g. too much phlegm (cold) than eat spicy food
