What is a dystonic tremor?
A
A tremor seen in patients with dystonia when they “fight” their dystonic posture. Often seen in the head and hands, typically asymmetrical and irregular.

What are the features of a psychogenic tremor (5)?

(1) Rest or posture or intention or mix of all three.
(2) Irregular
(3) Variable frequency and amplitude
(4) Distractible
(5) Entrainable
