A

WBI, if specs found 1 to 2 L/h for adults; 25-40ml/kg/h for children

Without Encephalopathy:

1) Succimer 10mg/kg q 8 h x 5 days, then 10mg/kg q 12 h x 14 days or,
2) dimercaprol 50mg/m2 IM q 4 h plus EDTA 1000mg/m2 qd x 5 days

With Encephalopathy:

Dimercaprol 75mg/m2 IM q 4 h and edta 1000 - 1500mg/m2 qd x 5 days
