Consider 1-2 units of PRBC and 1-2 units of FFP prn for MAP of <65 (yes, less than 65)

20 mL/kg NS or Ringers Lactate (warmed) remembering to achieve a MAP of <65

What’s the dosing of TXA in the traumatic hemorrhagic shock MDSO, and how long after a trauma can it be administered?

TXA: 1g IV over 10 minutes, admin. within 3 hours of the injury
