A
- patient does not follow commands
- systolic BP <90
- respiratory rate is <10 or >30 or in need for ventilatory support

A
- penetrating injuries to head, neck, or torso and extremities proximal to the elbow or knee
- chest wall deformity
- two or mote proximal long bone fracture
- crushed, degloved, or mangled pulssless extremity
- amputation proximal to the wrist
- pelvic fracture
- open or depressed skull fracture
- paralysis

what is the mechanism of injury criteria for FTT
A
- falls >6 meters (one story is = to 3 meters) ages less than 15 falles >3 meters or two to three times the childs height
- high risk auto crash
pedestrian struck >30km/hr - motorcycle crash >30 km/hr
