Most common are glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, Polycystic kidney disease

Rejection (acute or chronic)
Infection secondary to immunosuppression
Skin malignancy, lymphoproliferative disease, hypertension, hyperlipidaemi
Recurrence of original disease
